Customer Satisfaction

At Socal Student Mattress, we seek to provide the best customer experience and will make things right if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you don't like it, we take it back with no questions asked. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below:

Returns/Exchanges

We will accept mattress & box spring returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase and issue a full credit, or a return for the full price of the purchase if the unit is defective at the time of return in the following ways:

  • Original online sales receipt will be refunded in the original form of tender.
  • Physical packing slip will be refunded in the original form of tender.

Please note: if you do not have record of online receipt or physical packing slip, please scan valid form of government or school/university-issued ID and email it to returns@socalstudentmattress.com so we can find your order record.

Please note: Products damaged and/or stained by customer will not qualify for refund and/or exchange. 

Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
